Organisation design, meaningful work and good work are interconnected concepts that aim to create a purpose-driven work environment and positive employee experience. Work can be – and should be – a force for good: safe, inclusive and balancing economic sustainability with social accountability.

This Essential Insights course will introduce learners to the specialist topic of organisation design and development (OD&D) standards, focusing on organisation design. In this third instalment on meaningful work, the modular content explains how "good work" can contribute to the development of meaningful work. Practical and evidence-led, it explores the ways in which organisation design and job design can enhance employee experiences and drive positive changes. No previous knowledge or experience of OD&D is required.
