The CIPD Learning Hub is a professional development and learning platform to help you and your team embed the international standard for the people profession into your work. The hub houses your courses, as well as useful resources, tools, and a community of professionals that you can tap into to support your learning and continual development.

When you purchase a course from CIPD Learning, you’ll be given automatic access to the CIPD Learning Hub for 24 months. All courses will be available on the hub for 12 months from purchase. Members will get immediate access to the hub and our Core Learning Subscription as part of their membership.

The results will help you to identify gaps in your knowledge, and give you tailored recommendations such as learning programmes, knowledge areas, and curated content that will help you to build your capability.

What is the My Learning Plan tool?

Create a personalised learning journey with our My Learning Plan tool. You can save recommendations from the Self-assessment tool or add your own to keep a record of your development. Used in conjunction with the My CPD Reflections tool, you can track your progress against each action and reflect on your learning.

What is the My CPD Reflections tool?

The My CPD Reflections tool will provide you with an online space to easily review, reflect on and record your learning. Learning reflection is part of all programmes on the hub as it has been proven to be an effective way to help embed your learning into your daily practice. By considering what you are learning and how that impacts your current situation, you can start using your new skills and knowledge immediately.
