On this one-day course, you will learn both the theory and legal aspects of employment law. You'll take part in activities that help you understand how the law applies to real-world situations, using recent case examples. Throughout the course, you’ll also engage in group discussions where you can share your thoughts and learn from others, with the trainer guiding the conversation to ensure you fully understand the material and how it applies to your role.
