This course introduces the key aspects of how to work inclusively. It will help you encourage inclusivity in the workplace and improve the working environment for people in your organisation. You’ll learn about the benefits of different types of diversity and why it’s important to bring people together to share perspectives.

You’ll explore the different channels that encourage positive engagement and learn how to create a culture that shares knowledge across functions and disciplines.

This course has seven lessons and includes a mixture of written, video, and interactive content that you can access online at a time that suits you. You can work through the lessons at your own pace and in whatever order you choose.
