This course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to ensure that people within your organisation are treated fairly and given a meaningful voice on matters that affect their working lives. Through cutting-edge learning content, you will discover how establishing a shared sense of purpose will help motivate and inspire your people in their work, contributing to wellbeing, productivity and performance.
You’ll also explore how situations impact performance, and what can be done to support different staff to enable all to be their best at work.
Throughout the course, you’ll be encouraged to take part in reflective activities to help embed your learning into your day-to-day practice. You can also access a community of peers where you can share knowledge and experience with others, whilst developing connections. As part of this learning experience you will have access to one live webinar. Webinars are scheduled twice per calendar year so you'll have two dates to choose from.

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:

This course has five lessons, which you can access flexibly. Available fully online, you can work through the lessons at your own pace and in whatever order you choose.
This programme includes the following lessons:

- Involving people in decisions
Each lesson is 30-45 minutes long and includes individual reflective and community activities to support the embedding of your learning into practice.
