    You can expect a highly practical, interactive learning experience focused on real recruitment and onboarding challenges. The programme combines short evidence-informed inputs with structured activities, giving you the opportunity to apply tools and techniques to realistic scenarios and your own context.

    You will work with peers to practise job design, interviewing and selection decisions, and to develop onboarding plans that can be used immediately in your organisation. Throughout the day, emphasis is placed on fairness, consistency and good decision-making, with space to reflect on bias, legal considerations and the manager’s role in shaping early employee experience.

    You will leave with practical templates, tools and a clear action plan to support more effective recruitment, selection and onboarding in your role.
