What to expect from this neurodiversity and employment law course
This facilitator-led, one-day virtual classroom course will help you understand neurodiversity in the workplace and apply the Equality Act 2010 with confidence when assessing reasonable adjustments. You’ll explore how neurodiversity is defined in law, when it may constitute a disability, and what employers must consider when making reasonable adjustments.
Through real-world case law, practical scenarios and group discussion, you’ll practise assessing adjustment requests, balancing employee needs with organisational realities and making well-documented, defensible decisions.
By the end of the course, you’ll feel more confident supporting neurodiverse employees, handling complex workplace situations fairly, and helping your organisation create a more inclusive working environment.
