What to expect from this ‘impactful and effective L&D teams’ course

This course will teach you to review and deliver your organisation’s L&D strategy. You’ll be able to test out evidence-based approaches on the impact of L&D before formally implementing them in your organisation.

This course is designed by the CIPD’s Learning Team with input from recognised leading experts in the fields of learning and development and people management: Giorgia Gamba Quilliam, David Hayden and Michelle Parry-Slater. You’ll work through the content in real-time, exploring and embedding new knowledge and skills into your day-to-day working practice and establishing measures, metrics and KPIs to evaluate success.

This course is delivered face-to-face over three days.

The course encourages collaboration with your facilitator and fellow learners, allowing you to practice delivering an effective learning and development strategy.
