What to expect from this GenAI in practice course
This facilitator-led one-day course helps HR professionals develop the confidence and practical skills to use generative AI tools effectively in their day-to-day work and maximise their overall productivity. You’ll learn how to write clear, purposeful prompts, experiment with proven frameworks such as SCQA or role-based prompting, and refine AI outputs through structured iteration.
Across a series of hands-on exercises, you’ll apply GenAI to a range of HR tasks and employee lifecycle activities. The course also explores how to polish and adapt AI-generated content to match your own or your organisation’s tone of voice, disguise tell-tale signs of AI writing to avoid producing the vanilla, generic outputs that poorly refined prompts often create, and embed GenAI responsibly into everyday HR workflows. By the end of the day, you’ll know how to produce professional, human-quality outputs efficiently and with confidence.
