What to expect from this ‘exploring wellbeing at work’ course
This course addresses the key aspects of wellbeing at work. It touches on stress and mental health, highlighting their significance to achieving business success and individual resilience. You’ll explore the collective roles, responsibilities and expertise needed to support workplace wellbeing.
You’ll learn to contribute to a wellbeing strategy by applying the principles of effective management behaviours, including change management. This course will give you the confidence to start and lead conversations that balance the value of wellbeing and business needs.
What you’ll need to do on this course
This is a two-day course delivered in person. You’ll participate in 12 hours of facilitated face-to-face learning delivered over two days. 50% of the teaching will focus on theoretical content, and the other 50% will focus on practical applications.

At the end of this course, you’ll receive a certificate.
