What to expect from this ‘ethical practice’ course

You’ll learn how positive values and decisions based on good principles can improve the workplace. You’ll explore the types, causes and implications of unethical behaviour so you can challenge unethical behaviour and encourage others to behave ethically.

As well as learning what is meant by HR ethical practices, you’ll learn how to encourage transparency and influence your workplace culture by acting as a role model for ethical practice.

What you’ll need to do on this course

This course has six lessons which you can access online at a time that suits you. You can work through the lessons at your own pace and in the order you choose. Each lesson is between 30-45 minutes long and includes reflective and community activities to help you embed your learning.

What you’ll get on this course
