This introductory programme has been developed by Nick Dowling, an expert in positive workplace culture with over 20 years' experience in business management and consulting in the UK and overseas. You’ll get a solid grounding in culture and behaviour knowledge and will learn how you can contribute to a positive workplace culture.

What you’ll need to do on this course

This course has six topics which you can access online at a time that suits you. You can work through the lessons at your own pace and in the order you choose. Each lesson is between 30-45 minutes long and includes reflective and community activities to help you embed your learning.​
