This course explores the skills you need to realise your team’s potential to ensure they perform at their best. You will learn the fundamentals of managing a team and the rudimentary practical techniques to increase your communication, motivation and delegation skills.

This line manager skills programme reinforces the importance and need for performance management and identifies how to boost engagement and empower your team to add maximum value to your organisation.​

What you’ll need to do on this course

This is a three-day course delivered over three weeks where you’ll attend 12 hours of facilitated online lessons. Each lesson will conclude with an action planning session so you can apply what you have learnt.

We recommend you support your online learning with self-directed learning – this should take around 10 hours.

You’ll receive digital resources and activities to help you embed knowledge and good practice in managing people.

At the end of this line management training course, you’ll receive a certificate.
