What to expect from this ‘Employment Law for Line Managers (England and Wales)’ course

This employment law course has been created by Kate Shepherd, a CIPD Associate responsible for delivering UK employment law courses. It shares a high-level overview of UK employment law. You’ll explore the breadth of employment law and how it influences work in the UK, particularly in people management.

The workshop predominantly covers England and Wales employment law and references the law in Scotland. It will not cover the law in Northern Ireland.
