What to expect from this ‘UK employment law’ course

This workshop will update you with recent developments in case law and legislation and highlight upcoming employment law changes. It focuses on practical insights and will teach you a hands-on approach to dealing with changes constructively and confidently.

The workshop content will vary depending on what is topical. You will explore examples, share thoughts and consider the impact of legal changes on your organisation. The workshop predominantly covers England and Wales employment law and will have references to the law in Scotland. It will not cover the law in Northern Ireland.​

This is a one-day course delivered in person. You’ll learn through lessons, activities and group discussions.

You’ll need to complete a short pre-course activity in preparation for the course. Following the workshop, you can use the course workbook to embed your learning and support future planning.
