Hi I am Paul Taylor-Pitt, I am an OD strategist and developmental coach and I have been working with people and organisations to navigate change with clarity, courage and creativity for many years.
I also helped develop a new CIPD course called change management - enabling managers to lead through change.
We know that right now people professionals are facing some of the biggest challenges in their careers. Economic uncertainty, fast moving technology and constant organisational change.
