What you can expect from this ‘basics of organisation design and development’ course
This course in basic OD&D is for senior people professionals and operational managers without formal foundations in organisational development. You’ll explore theories and diagnostic models to check your organisation’s health, the role of data, and the concept of self as a change instrument.
This course has been created and delivered by CIPD and leading OD&D experts. It investigates whole systems thinking and explores the different levels where organisation design occurs. You’ll create an action plan including ways to transition to and optimise a new organisation design. It will also include the change management and stakeholder management aspects you should consider.
