    This facilitator led, one day Masterclass is built around practical roundtable discussion and real organisational challenges faced by line managers and people professionals. You’ll work with peers to explore what’s really driving absence and wellbeing issues in today’s workplaces, using evidence, data and lived experience rather than theory alone.

    Through structured peer to peer diagnostics, real scenarios and guided discussion, you’ll test assumptions, share insight and identify what works. You’ll practise having confident, compassionate conversations and leave with clear, practical actions you can apply immediately in your role.

    This Masterclass helps you move beyond managing absence case by case, to building consistent, performance focused approaches that support both people and the organisation.
